>From the AMQP 1.0 spec:
* The default {{rcv-sttle-mode}} is {{first}} (2.7.3)
* If the {{rcv-settle-mode}} is not set on a Transfer it falls back to what was
negotiated on the Link Attach (2.7.5)
* The definition of {{first}} settle mode is given in 2.8.3: {quote}The
receiver will spontaneously settle all incoming transfers.{quote}
I take that to mean that the receiver should send back a Disposition with
{{settled=true}}.
Currently, the disposition the broker sends back is unsettled.
This was brought out by
{{org.apache.qpid.tests.protocol.v1_0.messaging.TransferTest#transfer}}
