Description:
Some time ago, like several months in the past, the console used to show error
message below the connection dialog. If for example I entered nonsensical port
number or IP address, I would get a nice error message and I could correct my
entry. See the attached screenshots.
Currently, in the situation described, the hawtio console displays a rotating
circle forever. The stand-alone console displays "Please wait, connecting
now..."
It stays displayed even though the connection attempt has already failed, see
the following log from stand-alone console on Chrome,

I prefer the old behavior and would like it back.
