As per [specification for AMQP WebSocket
Binding|http://docs.oasis-open.org/amqp-bindmap/amqp-wsb/v1.0/cs01/amqp-wsb-v1.0-cs01.html#_Toc461801609]
the host name provided in HTTP header HOST SHOULD match that provided later in
the hostname field of the open frame, and during SASL negotiation (if used).
