Ernest Allen closed DISPATCH-575.

Resolution: Won't Fix
Only passing 'amqp' as the protocol would prevent the console from connecting
through a websocket proxy.
Leaving it as it is will allow the console to connect through the http
interface of the router or through a proxy.
