Hi,
there is still a problem with this queue.
Scenario:
1. Setup a broker withoverflowPolicy set to REJECT
2. Start broker => see *1 before restart.png*
!1 before restart.png|thumbnail!
3. Stop broker & Start broker => see *2 after restart.png*
!2 after restart.png|thumbnail!
Above will result in ERRORED queue state.
