The {{x-opt-jms-type}} message annotation was used by the proof of concept
amqp-1-0-client-jms (last released as part of 0.32 and no longer maintained),
but is not part of the standard emerging from the AMQP / JMS Bindmap process.
Support for {{x-opt-jms-type}} should be removed from the Broker.
