Resolution: Won't Fix
The address parameter does not yet have any formal constraints. It's simply
passed to the remote peer. There are a lot of common conventions, but they
vary between brokers.
There was some work a while back to specify AMQP addresses, but it hasn't been
very lively in a while. Here's the latest draft I found.
