I think the explanation added is too complicated to help most users. I would
suggest we simply say, if the application relies on sending messages greater
than 5MB in size, then set both the je and the qpid limits to the maximum size
of message size expected by the application (plus some wiggle room). The will
prevent them running into the limit.
