Attachment: DISPATCH-823.patch
This ensures that:
(a) any underlying transport error is reported when logging failure of an
outbound connection
(b) if an incoming connection gets disconnected and there is a transport error,
that too gets logged
Without these, you have to enable trace level logging to see what is going on.
