Fix For: 0.25.0
When the client can't negotiate a SASL mechanism it throws an exception. The
exception text could be improved to make the message it conveys a little
clearer. Also, including detail of the server mechanisms offered could assist
in identifying which (if any) peer is potentially not configured as expected
without resorting to enabling the clients debug logging.
