The schema lists the connector.cost attribute as being an integer, however the
default value is the string '1'. This is causing javascript errors in the
console. I have a work-around for the console but it would be better to fix
this at the source.
Note: the listener.cost attribute is also an integer and it has an integer
value as the default so I'm assuming that nothing is relying on the default
value to be a string.
