Fix For: 0.26.0
The client looks for servers offering the ANONYMOUS-RELAY connection capability
to decide whether it can create a sending link with null target address for use
with anonymous producers (MessageProducers with null destination, or
JMSProducers). It does not however currently set this as a desired capability
in its connection Open frame, which it should be doing.
