CMakeLists.txt should build the new Dispatch Router book, currently located in
/doc/new-book/.
* The new book should be built using AsciiDoctor instead of AsciiDoc Python
(additional info here:
http://asciidoctor.org/docs/user-manual/#migrating-from-asciidoc-python).
* For copying the book dir images, note that the images are now located in
/doc/new-book/images/. Before, they were located in /doc/book/.
