[[email protected]], as I thought about this, I think what will work best for
now is to just have one "book" with all of the content in it and then have
links to the relevant chapters from the Qpid Dispatch Router site. Since there
will only be one book, the directory can remain "book". If we ever have need
for additional books in the future, we could always change it to "books" with
separate dirs for each book.
