Resolution: Fixed
The changes look good to me.
I added unit tests for the changes, as writing protocol tests would be trickier
due to timeout tickers on Qpid Broker side and adding mechanism to turn off the
Qpid specific behavior would complicate the protocol tests unnecessary.
