Closed link endpoints are accumulated in
{{org.apache.qpid.server.protocol.v1_0.Session_1_0#_associatedLinkEndpoints}}
and might cause a memory leak on long lived sessions. Both sending and
receiving link endpoints are not removed from
{{org.apache.qpid.server.protocol.v1_0.Session_1_0#_associatedLinkEndpoints}}
on close
