Fix For: 1.1.0
Introduce two CMAKE flags SYSTEMD and SYSVINIT. Both these flags are off by
default.
If SYSTEMD is ON, install etc/qdrouterd.service
If SYSVINIT is ON, install etc/qdrouterd
