DISPATCH-859 requested the introduction of two cmake flags, SYSTEMD and
SYSVINIT.
These flags were used to install the appropriate files.
It chose a specific place to install these files and it has come to light that
these install folders might not be appropriate for all Linux distros.
Hence these cmake flags need to be removed.
Also move the etc/qdrouterd.service to etc/fedora/qdrouterd.service since this
is a Fedora specific file.
