DISPATCH-864 - Removed cmake flags SYSTEMD and SYSVINIT introduced in
DISPATCH-859. Moved qdrouterd.service file to etc/fedora. Also added a minor
improvement to qdrouterd file (adds more choices). Thanks to Justin Ross for
the patch
