So far I could not figure out the exact circumstances when this happens but
sometimes the Buttons in the Web management console to create new dashboards
and new queries stoip working. Clicking on them has no apparent effect. The
expected dialogue does not pop up and the browser's development tools show no
output on the console and no network activity. This happened on IE 11 and FF
45.8.
In one instance using the browser's debugger it appeared as if the code inside
the {{ready}} call in ConsoleHelper.js:94 was never executed (as if the
QueryCreateDialogForm DOM element never became ready).
Reloading the page resolves the issue.
