Sending 10 each 100kbyte messages, presettled, to a link route:
* 10 messages go in
* 5, 6, or 7 messages come out
A single transfer of the 'stuck' message goes out over the wire and then the
router stops sending.
The remaining messages are visible as undelivered in qdstat
