Currently the keystore type and manager algorithm for FileKeyStore and
FileTrustStore are defaulted to JRE runtime defaults. If, for some reason, a
later execution of the broker has a differently configured JRE then the values
defaulted will not be in alignment with the actual configuration of the
key/trust store. As such the values for these attributes should be
materialized on creation.
