inter-router connections with direction of 'in' now have no host and a
connection name of connection/. When there are multiple routers, the trees on
the Overview and Entities page show several connections with blank names.
The trees on the Overview and Entities pages should construct a name including
the connection's container. This will differentiate the connections.
