    Description: The meaning of the BrokerLogger attribute {{maxHistory}} is 
confused.  As reported by QPID-8092. its effect varies depending of the setting 
of the {{rollDaily}} option.  If rollDaily is set true, it controls of total 
number of days worth of logs that are retained without regard to the number of 
individual files.  If not set, it governs the maximum number of rolled log
