If Virtual Host Edit Dialog is used to edit several Virtual Hosts, the editing
of the second Virtual Host fails as UI name widget is initialized with null
value. As result, saving of the VH fails with error:

422 - Attribute 'name' instance of
org.apache.qpid.server.virtualhost.berkeleydb.BDBVirtualHostImplWithAccessChecking
named 'another' cannot be null, as it is mandatory

The issue can be worked around by refreshing the Web Management Console before
editing the Virtual Host
