The AMQP.NetLite shims sometimes produce spurious error messages on stderr that
can be ignored (see QPIDIT-113). Fixing this highlighted the fact that when
stderr output exists, any output on stdout is ignored. If a shim should produce
messages on stderr, it would be useful to also see any stdout output (if it
exists).
