Only xUnit logging is currently supported provided it is enabled in the
command-line options.
It would be helpful to implement a more comprehensive logging strategy so that
the client and broker logs may also be captured. Additionally, a more
comprehensive test log may be used which captures more detailed information
than is currently placed into the xUnit log.
For each test, capture:
* Detailed test log and output
* Broker logs (including logs for each node in multi-node tests)
* Additional client logs
An ability to scale up or down the verbosity of logging messages would also be
helpful.
