Description:
There is a sporadic test failure in the Windows CI (Appveyor):
It happens in the cpp-example-container test. The
multithreaded_client_flow_control example hangs and doesn't exit.
This seems to only be an issue on Windows - the Linux/MacOS CI runs don't seem
to hang in this way.
