Resolution: Incomplete
This seems likely to be due to use of one of ActiveMQ's 'transformers' which
converts messages within the broker, or rather in some cases does not and
simply pipes the raw protocol message bytes out as the payload of a converted
message. Without more detail its hard to suggest anything beyond that. Feel
free to add a reproducer.
