It would be better to just skip in this case (even though it does indicate a
loss of testing) as this is consistent with all the other language behaviours.
But it would be better if the skip message reflected accurately the cause
'Can't find saslpaswd2 to generate auth db' rather than just something bland
like 'extended SASL not available' or whatever.
