    DISPATCH-972 - Use "sudo" consistently in doc

    In the doc, the syntax for commands that are used with root privileges is 
inconsistent. This PR standardizes on the "$ sudo" prefix (as opposed to "#" or 
"root@localhost #").

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/bhardesty/qpid-dispatch 
dispatch-972-update-sudo

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
