NO JIRA - Update links to qdrouterd.conf man page
In the Dispatch Router doc, even though each link to the qdrouterd.conf man
page targets the correct section of the man page, the link text does not
include the name of the section to which the link points. This PR adds the name
of the section to the link text.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/bhardesty/qpid-dispatch update-man-page-links
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/qpid-dispatch/pull/290.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
