Kim van der Riet updated QPIDIT-126:
------------------------------------
    Description:
The qpid-interop-tests run both Python 2 and Python 3 shims by default. No
check is performed on the availability of the API on the host machine. The
shims may be disabled manually, however, by the use of the {{--exclude-shim}}
command-line option.

Not all supported operating systems have packages for both Python 2 and Python
3 APIs. It will be necessary to perform either a build-time or run-time check
for the availability of these packages and enable/disable the shims accordingly.
