In order to better conform to the patternfly look and feel, the tree on the
left side of both the Overview and Entities pages should occupy the entire left
side of the page. Currently, it is only as tall as the contents of the tree.
If the tree is shorter than the page, the dark gray background should extend to
the bottom of the page.
If the tree is taller than the page, the tree should expand to show all of its
items without a scroll bar on the tree. The scroll bar should be on the right
side of the page.
