Ernest Allen resolved DISPATCH-1072.
------------------------------------
       Resolution: Fixed
         Assignee: Ernest Allen
    Fix Version/s: 1.3.0

Incorporated the number of clients and their respective ids into the node's
data key. This forces the d3 graph to recreate the node when the clients change.

> Number of clients doesn't always update on topology page

> On the console's topology page, when there are multiple clients of the same
> type (sender, receiver, broker, etc) attached to a router, the number of
> attached clients of that type is displayed using a label. The label is
> sometimes not updated to reflect the correct number of clients attached.
> The label should update to correctly indicate the number of clients of that
> type that are associated with that router.
