Description: Update to proton-j 0.29.0, get the latest fixes such as
PROTON-1901, and improvements such as PROTON-1911. For the latter, implementing
the new API method offered (or rather overriding its default impl) can give us
a decent boost in string encoding performance, useful for TextMessage
