Description:
Although at various places in proton library - transport.setCondition() was
invoked (for ex: IOHandler.java - invokes several places to communicate socket
IOExceptions) - this was overwritten in TransportImpl.closed method and shows
up as - ConnectionError.FRMAING_ERROR.
