DISPATCH-1144: Improve overview and getting started doc
Made a number of improvements to the introductory and getting started doc
to make it easier for users to get up and running quickly:
* Modify the dir structure under ../docs/books to better enable writing
"modular" content
* Move the "Theory of Operation" content to the applicable chapters later
in the doc
* Add new "Overview" content to introduce just the basic, most important
concepts necessary to get started with Dispatch Router
* Modify "Getting started" to cover a simple "hello world" type scenario
(run a single router with the default config, and distribute some test messages
between two clients)
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/bhardesty/qpid-dispatch improve-overview
