Summary: Display additional detail for end-point connections, and
edge-routers on the console's topology page

For the following objects on the topology page:
* single end-point connection and end-point connection group
* single edge-router connection and edge-router group
* connection line between routers
Currently when you mouse over one of the above objects a popup with minimal
info is displayed. The popup goes away when you mouse away from the object.
Clicking on the object should pin the popup in place and do the following:
* add a way to close the popup
* add a link on the popup to display further detail
* perhaps add a way to move the popup (if it's easy enough)
