The commit broke the context variable value for qpid broker documentation URL
({{qpid.helpURL}}) which is set to
"http://qpid.apache.org/releases/qpid-broker-j-$\{qpid.version}/book/";. As
context variable {{qpid.version}} was removed, the help URL cannot be
interpolated
