In the Dispatch Router book, the images are not scaled properly. This results
in massive images that are not readable. For example:
[https://qpid.apache.org/releases/qpid-dispatch-1.8.0/user-guide/index.html#routing].
Ideally, the site stylesheet should use responsive images so that they scale
appropriately.
