If this Jira is meant to be a placeholder for use cases when to improve SSL
response codes, then when a remote peer drops TCP connection (with established
SSL+AMQP connection.session on it) and it drops the TCP connection by sending
FIN+ACK packet, then
[https://github.com/apache/qpid-proton/blob/master/c/src/ssl/openssl.c#L215]
generates "SSL Failure: Unknown error" string - too generic, suggesting there
was an error while an ordinary connection closure happened.
