The useful log INFO message is emitted in 2 places - one in qdr_create_link_CT
and another in qdr_link_inbound_first_attach_CT
In test directory
build/tests/system_test.dir/system_tests_edge_router/EdgeRouterTest/setUpClass
grep "Link attached" INT*.log
I see the link messages in both INT.A.log and INT.B.log
