One other thing: Can you update the top-level README where it describes
installing dependencies:
https://github.com/apache/qpid-dispatch/blob/master/README#L24
You need to add a note about installing python-argparse for older versions
of python, similar to the note about unittest2. And just like unittest2, users
can install "python-argparse" from PyPi if their distro does not ship with it.
