When a message is sent to a queue or topic,
*IncomingMessageHandler*._on_delivery_ decodes the message content considering
its format is JSON.
But in situations where the message is not JSON, the *Message*._decode_ method
raises an exception.
My suggestion is to be able, by parameter, to allow a message not to be decoded
so that its raw content is returned.
