What I was getting at here was more aimed at this JIRAs title saying "Drop 
Python < 3.5", while the compatible versions of python list that you updated 
for the JIRA still lists 2.6 and 2.7. So either the changes or the title are 
just a bit out. I expected it was the title, i.e should be soemthing more like 
'drop support for Python3 < 3.5'

I later mentioned this on the PR for PROTON-2126 too, since there you seemed to 
go the other way and stopped testing with 2.x on Appveyor (as its seemingly not 
doing it even with tox either). EDIT: ah, so apparently not, I looked at the 
onyl sub-job where it doesnt, but it succeeds in testing 2.7 on the others)
