[~jdanek] here is the output of single thread make: [^qpidbuild.txt]
There are many test project builded despite that "-{{DBUILD_TESTING=OFF}}"
switch added to cmake options
BTW it would be nice if I could skip building the examples projects too, but
its should be another issue's topic.
