Robert Godfrey commented on QPID-8388:
--------------------------------------
I've made a change to enable the configuration of behaviour on queue
declaration, but separately I think Broker-J should be enhanced with similar
functionality (which I've raised as QPID-8389)
> [Broker-J] Allow for configuration to ignore unknown Queue arguments
> --------------------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: QPID-8388
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-8388
> Project: Qpid
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Broker-J
> Affects Versions: qpid-java-broker-7.1.5
> Reporter: Leo Keogh
> Priority: Major
>
> As with issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-8377 when using
> Broker-J as an embedded test broker in place of an alternative AMQP 0-x
> implementation, it can be useful to configure the broker to ignore *Queue
> Declare* options that it does not support (rather than the default policy of
> this causing a connection closure with error).
> The queue we wish to test has the argument *x-single-active-consumer* with
> causes the qpid test broker to fail with "Unsupported queue declare
> argument(s) : x-single-active-consumer" in log
