Fix For: 0.48.0
When a CLIENT_ACKNOWLEDGE session is being used and messages are delivered to
the application then the session recovered, but those messages are not then
delivered and acknowledged thereafter, the client should send dispositions for
those messages as the consumer or session is closed to signify their delivery.
