Command _qdstat -l_ generates output with a column titled _deliv_.
In the man page and on the qpid-dispatch web site the column is titled _del_.
Both of these column titles, _deliv_ and _del_, leave too much to the reader's
imagination and fail to adequately describe the content to which they refer.
